Greg A. Keyser

For nearly 25 years, Gregory A. Keyser has conducted civil and criminal trials and appeals in approximately 20 states or territories of the United States. His litigation and appellate experience covers a broad range of issues including professional malpractice, administrative law, antitrust, securities, RICO, ERISA, banking, construction, labor, corporate and business organizations and criminal law. He is admitted to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky.

Greg is an active author and lecturer to the legal profession. He has contributed to legal texts including the Sixth Circuit Federal Practice Manual, a manual for lawyers practicing before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Kentucky Corporation Law and Practice, a treatise on Kentucky corporate law, and Your Deposition: Four Rules For Giving Clear Deposition Testimony, a “how-to” manual for witnesses. In addition, he has authored briefs or conducted oral argument for a dozen nationally reported legal decisions.

Greg is a graduate of Centre College, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and was named in Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was elected to the Order of Barristers and named to Who’s Who in American Law Schools. He also attended the Ohio State University School of Music, where he was a member of the Ohio State Opera Workshop.

After years with a prestigious litigation firm in Kentucky, Greg recently settled in Cincinnati. He lives in Anderson Township with his wife and stepdaughter, and is an aspiring fly fisherman.
